I have an oral problem I can not open my mouth from last 20 years widely I used to take gutkas but I have been not taken since 20 years. Hello lybrate user. I think you have taken injections for your problem and if not just go for it first. Treatment also depends upon severity that is true if the opening is so less that you can not even open 1 cm then surgery is only the option.
