My 4 years son done root canal in 2 teeth but after 5 seating he not do fitting cap because he not open mouth because of scare. Even pediatric dentist told me that I just filling tooth after root canal. Because of he not open mouth we not able to fit cap. After 7 days one teeth filling is open so I convinced my son and put ruff cement on it after very hard work. But he not able to fit cap so what can I do now? What is other option? Pls help me.

Cap may be avoided in a infant but filling should be done if required under conscious sedation.

Usually we avoid giving caps in children as they are mostly un-coperative, just ask the dentist to do a permanent filling after the pulpectomy.

Fitting cap ensures the tooth crown retains strength and doesnot break while chewing. Let your son chew on fillings for sometime and after few weeks take him to the clinic for crowning when he overcomes the fear. Also if any other child patient undergoes the treatment, ask your pediatric dentist to infrom you before hand so that you can take your son to see other kids getting crowns. Hope that helps.
