Hi I am 38 years old. Academic profession. Suffering from disc bulge l4-l5 region for past 3 years. Treatment give me only temporary relief. I am obese weighing 98 kg. I have other disorders too like cervical pain, thyroid, bp & cholesterol 240. Taking pills for all & stopped now due to anxiety. Now nerve problem too. What do I do?

Hello, You should take 1 glass lukewarm water in the morning. .take salad before meals. .drink more water in a day. .avoid single large meals and start small frequent meals 4-5 times in a day. .avoid consuming food at late night. .don't be empty stomach for long time. Tab lyrica 75 mg 1 at night 2. Do exercise (physiotherapy) 3. If disc bulge is too much then send mri and we can discuss if it needs further intervention.
