I am overweight and minimal amount of physical activity is been done throughout the day. I sleep for 4-5 hours a day. I am suffering from stress and becoming absent minded person. Kindly suggest me the diet and activities I am supposed to do daily.

Hi. For a proper diet plan you will have to consult me personally. However you can do some activities which you like i.e playing a sport or gaming, zumba, gym.
