Always feel tired even though I get enough sleep every night. Big weight gain, especially around my stomach, even when i?m very active every day. Both my jobs require me to stand and be active. I love to eat healthy too. I?ve gained 30 pounds in around a year or less. Constantly bloated. Mood swings dizziness high heart rate when just walking. Because of the weight gain and not feeling like myself I feel down. Back at the start of may I had the mirena removed as it gave me severe cramps. I am not on any birth control now. After having it removed I had a pap smear even though I had one just a year prior which came back normal. This time I found out I had hpv that was at high risk of turning into cancer so I had a procedure to remove it. Results came back good and I just need to have another check up in december/january. Please help me. I want to feel energized, happy and confident. I need to lose weight!
