Hi Sir, Mere right knee me pain hai jiske wajah se chalne aur baithne me pareshani hoti hai kabhi kbhi dard bahut tez hota hai, xray me sab normal tha doctor bola haddi thik hai bas thoda sujan hai, blodd test me wbc 15800, esr 25, neutrophil 84, lymphocyte 11, s. Uric acid bhi normal hai, r a factor 0.89 hai, aur random blood glucose 103 hai. sir dawa khane tak aaram rehta hai uske bad fir dard start ho jata hai. Sir aisa 25 din se ho rha hai sir bataye kya problem hai please mai bahut pareshan hu mai abhi 24 sal ka hu.

hi u wear constable shoes don't drive some days u can use heating pad then some exercise u can go near any physiotherapy he/she tell u how u can do exercise & most important u do some days rest
