I had typhoid 3 months back due to which I had to undergo abortion of 1 and half month foetus. I am now again pregnant, but patient of hypothyroidism and diabetes since diagnosis 1 year back. My sugar has gone up to 257 mg in gct. Please help for keeping the pregnancy and any risks involved.

Yes you have to start along with life style modifications insulin. Tsh also has to control between 0.1 to 2.5.
