Am suffering IBS over last 2 yrs. Am just tired to every thing but can't cure this. It's just destroyed my social life I can't go to gym, attended my college and coaching classes. Even I know this that there is no permanent solution for this in allopathy. So if there any treatment can cure it then please tell me. It will be helpful to me.

Irritable bowel ssyndrome is a combination of abdominal discomfort or pain and altered bowel habits: either altered frequency (diarrhea or constipation) or altered stool form (thin, hard, or soft and liquid).In my practise I have found that majority of the people who acquire IBS have a history of stress or dont have good dietary habits and routine.Aniket I want to know regarding your dietary habits,your eating routine,nature of your work,work load and your mental status and sleeping habit.You can tell everything inshort a it will help me in selection of a most suitable remedy.I also want to know that what all medicines have you taken since now for IBS if you can remember otherwise no problem.
