I have been having red eyes when I get up in the morning and they start watering when I go out or start reading.I get some relief by using sunglasses outside. I have got them tested and use reading and long distance spectacles.I have been using tear plus drops for 3 months as advised by ophthalmologist. 6 months back I was operated for colon cancer and underwent oral chemotherapy for 6 months ,completed last month.

Try cold packs on the eyes. Ask your eye doctor if you have MGD. Continue tear drops. Add Omega 3 fatty acids in the diet.

Hi, it is due to infection or allergies as well. Tear drop is use to lubricate your eyes. Get your eye check up. As you have BP it is always advised you go for regular eye check up every six months. Take care
