Go for a walking in the morning daily for an hour. Take balanced diet in time. Try to keep your bowel clean, taking ample qty of water. Minimise yourr stress- level. Homoeo- care: take, passiflora q, 15 drps + 2 tsfl 1/2 an hr before going to bed. This drug is harmless.
