Sir, I feel burning sensation and little pain in my arm and leg, so I got mri done of cervical and radiologist remarks osteophytes in posterior and anterior cervical spine with posture-central disc extrusion at c3-c4 and c4-c5 level. I am 29 year old male. Please guide me. Sir I should go for physiotherapy or orthopedic surgeon or neurologist.
