My husband is 27 years old. He is working in saudi arabia. He has been treating for piles but he won’t take the medicines properly and always used to eat spicy foods, whenever he feels a constipation situation, he takes cremaffin syrup, for about 4 days he was rapidly sweating even if in an ac room and he also feel a tiredness or weakness. My query is that what is the reason for this sudden sweat and tiredness without doing any exercise.

Get a ECG done to rule out his Cardiac ailments if any, electrolyte imbalance . Sugar imbalance. So he need thorough examination
Dear, lybrate user as your husband is suffering from piles and even though he did not skip fast food and oily, spicy food, so ultimately this leads to indigestion. Basically for permanent cure, he have to take proper medication and on fibrous nutritious diet. because for good health he need a healthy environment like exercise, morning walk yoga/meditation. Constipation is mainly caused by unhealthy junk food, so he should take green leafy vegetables whole grain meals and green tea in cold water after lunch and dinner, By doing this he may not need of taking any laxative and for proper cure from piles and constipation you may ask me online for Homeopathic medicine. And sweating is due to disturb metabolic rate so he need to do exercise and changes in diet and medications. And also give a proper case history for complete cure
