Hello. My wife is 8 weeks pregnant. She had 2 miscarriages earlier in the past 2 years. My ques is that which food needs to b avoided. Can she have beet carrot amala juice. She eat dates for energy, is it alright? What about dry fruits! how about the vitamin d3 60k supplement bcoz she has no sun exposer so lack of vitamin d is there in her case. Do you suggest 60 kper week or 2k every day. How much vitamin c is required. Can she take 2 sweet lime (mausami) in one along with 1 pomegranate. please reply. M her husband and I want to take care of her diet.

All dietary supplements whatever you have mentioned can be given without any side effect but in small quantity and not all in a day e.g. One or two fruit a day, lime water one glass a day, dry fruits like soaked almonds (4 in no), and vitamin supplements after 3mths completion.
