Dear lybrateuser, - Have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones & protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk and milk products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas and nuts instead of having supplements - include a protein rich food in each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals to boost your protein content to build muscles - natural foods are better absorbed & digested by the body & also do not have any side effects.
