I'm 25 years old following vegan diet. recently I came to know choline is necessary for brain health. How can the choline base food be delivered from plant base diet.

Spinach, wheat germ, soyabean, tofu, milk, cooked kidney beans, peanuts, almonds, cauliflower, brocolli are sources of choline.

Legumes have some choline in it, but nonveg sources are best, even milk has choline but very less.
