Hi lybrate-user. You dont need to uproot a tooth. The teeth can be saved by root canal treatment. Get an xray done for your tooth frm a dentist. Try saving your natural teeth by geting a root canal treatmnt for tat teeth. Post root canal treatmnt your tooth wont pain n will serve you for many more years.
