My sister went through break-up 8 months back and her behavior has changed since then which includes risk-taking tendency without being thoughtful. She is 23 and the relationship was 2 years long. Recently that guy called her up which got her into suicidal thoughts. Her worklife is going downhill and she has epilepsy. Her relation with parents is also not on good terms. She hates me the most because of events in the past she holds me responsible for. How can I help her?

Hello and welcome to lybrate-user. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. The breakup must have caused depression and some anti-social and paranoid personality disorder. Medicines may not help her at all. I suggest never try to correct your sister. I suggest telephonic counseling and online psychotherapy for your sister. You can contact me for further advice and treatment options. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.
