Why my mind is unstable, I find it difficult to concentrate or being in present, constant negative thinking is always there, I doubt myself, I am facing these problems from long time. I even get scared easily when crackers burst or when dog passes in front of me, or when I have to travel through crowded train. What actually is the meaning of faint hearted I am so morally weak, I don't know what to do, a lot of confusion in my life. Does this means that I am faint hearted.

Dear lybrate-user, you are morally weak as well as faint hearted. That does never mean you are a failure. Even with the said problems people excel. Due to these, it is easy to develop an inferiority complex and introversion and both of them are going to do good to you. Along with that you also have a moderate amount of generalized anxiety disorder. All these aspects can be managed (not cured) and you can live a normal happy life. Many aspects of your negative thoughts can be cleared and many can be managed. I suggest you to consult a psychologist for necessary advise. Take care.
