I have some mental issue that I don't know why I became anger and I feel hesitate and then I feel guilty of myself so please let me know about this please help me.

Dear lybrate-user, these are mental issues but not much difficult or serious as you think. Anger is an emotion. Emotion comes when you are frustrated. Once extremely frustrated, you outburst. You feel guilty when it goes out of hand and you realize it later. These behavior patterns are normal and there is nothing to worry about it. You need to practice anger management techniques. Consult a psychologist. Take care.
