Hi Sir, I am 22 years old man, is doing gym previous 2 months and now I start taking supplement mass gainer. So I take himalaya liv. 52. Is good to take with them or not and liv 52 taking on daily basis is good or not. I am taking supplement form 20 days and liv 52 also start taking from 20 days.

No need to take liv 52. Also what supplements are you taking. What exercises are you doing in gym, for how much time n how many days a week. Take any seasonal fruit 15-20 mins before starting exercises. And take a banana n whey protein within 10 mins of finishing your exercises. You need to take whey protein (by whatever name it comes). But it should contain 80% whey protein in it. E.g. For 30 gms it should have atleast 24 grams (80%) of protein.) use it only on the day you gym (within 10 mins of exercise). Dose is 30gms.
