Sir you can consult an endodontist for a re-RCT .But they will charge quite a bit. They usually charge around Rs 6000-Rs 8000 for a re-RCT. If tooth painful, and if re-RCT not possible then you may have to extract the tooth.

Dear, First of all very sorry to hear that you are in pain. About the extraction, I would say yes it can be avoided. You need to visit an Endodontist (RCT and Fillings specialist). He will definitely retriev the remaining filling material and perform a re RCT. It will not only save your tooth but also the money required to replace the tooth If you let me know your city, I can help you in finding a good Endodontist. Till the you can take painkillers, whichever suits you the best. Good Luck, God Bless and Take care.
