Sir, I am 24, I don't eat onion, carrot,etc underground vegetables I eat green leafy vegetables only I am masturbating from 5 years sometimes regularly before 4 years now I am feeling tired and no mood to masturbate but I now feel to masturbate once a week only will this habit of mine done before 5 years lead to low sperm count, kindly help, now I am unable to control while masturbating also, nerves are weak inside,. Now my testosterone and sperm count can it be low ?because of this kindly help me out with best remedy to help me become a father.
