I am a 21yr old female and have mental tensions for last 2 months. what should I do?

Dear first have to know the reason. Tension is just a surface. Beneath of tension, there is obviously some reason. Try to find it out. In case if you can't manage yourself take a professional help. Deep breathing exercises and muscle relaxation s are also helpful.
