I do not eat much, but still my weight don't come down. I play badminton also daily for like an hour and that too rigorously. But still I do not see much improvement. Help me out please.

Playing badminton and not eating much can't help you to reduce weight in every person. For reducing weight you have to maintain your lifestyle and food habbit.

Hello, you doing well exercise but for weight loss need to change diet pattern, take frequently meal in small quantity. And not eating much can't help you to reduce weight. Take high fibre food and high protein food avoid outside food. Try to take green tea-2 cups in a day.
