Sir, Iam in age 52 my body weight is 93 Last one month early morning i am drinking in Green tea with Honey with miled hot water and afternoon eat samai or varagu or thinai rice with curry and night i am eating chappathi or wheat items. But didnot reduce my weight how can I reduce the weight ?

Go for an 45 min to one hour walk every day and stop all cereal, sugar, potatoes and go on a fruits and vegge diet, you must take white of two boiled eggs and can take fish / chicken which is steamed / grilled on small amounts of olive oil. If this does not work you soon get diabetes and high BP and require Bariatric surgery.
