During my yoga practice, my left wrist hurts when I put it is under my body weight. The right hand is fine. The wrist is unable to stretch and causes a lot of pain.

Dear Lybrate user, Any yoga or physical exercise that causes discomfort to any body part should be discontinued. If the pain has occurred after starting yoga then it could be probably due to some unnoticed injury (muscle or tendon) while practicing it. Kindly get your hand examined by your nearest local orthopaedic doctor. Thanks.
