Hello, the cause of concern mentioned is amount of saliva ,been produced. Saliva functions to lubricate the the food for easy passage to gastrointestinal system for further digestion. The amount of saliva produced depends on activity of gland, quantity of food, and taste of food, n etc. There can be underlying issues, wid the stomach or glands .pls get evaluated by physician and oral surgeon, for better insight.
