I am 20 year old. Male. I am looking for paleo diet chart. Weight is 90 kg. How much weight should I actually maintain? What food can I take for paleo? How much protein should I take per day? For me sperm count and vitamin d is very low so prescribe food for increasing those counts. I have thyroid so what food should I take? Is stevia plant better than sugar? Can we take fish and curd together? I am planning to eat only one time a day exactly only 500gm boneless chicken for dinner. Can I go for it?
