Digestion issue: I have a office work job, sitting in front of computer for 8-9 hours. I am a pure vegetarian but still what ever I eat, I get issues such as gases and indigestion. I wish to quit eating cooked food, but what raw and veg food can I eat in replacement of it and have a good diet. Many thanks in advance.

You can eat all soft and succulent vegetables like cucumber, yam, brinjal, bitter gourd, and ladies' finger. These will make your bowel movements smooth and clean and you will feel a better like. You need to add proteins line the white of eggs, peanuts, cashew nuts and any nuts available to you, etc to the vegetables.
