Since, I am busy at my academics, I didn't get time to have dinner as I sleep very early. So, I feel that I am lacking proteins, therefore, I am taking dried fruits powder as well as blend whey protein powder in equal proportion and I am taking it twice in the morning. But after consuming it, I am experiencing only the feeling of needing the toilet frequently but when I go to the washroom in actual, that feeling disappears. Is that feeling disappears due to the placebo effect? Should I minimize the dosage? What should I do?

Dear user, Avoid any kinda of supplements just maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle which will be more effective then consuming supplements which has no effect then to be of great value in excretion only in urine or stool. Our body is designed to absorb the required amount from food we eat and if not able to do so then it's indication of disease which requires treatment.
