Hey lybrate-user, that's very less. The weight you must have lost would be from your muscle mass. It will affect your metabolism and make it difficult for you to lose weight in future. It's not good for your health as well as it will lead to nutritional deficiencies. Consume not less that 1200kcal per day. How many calories you need is different from what other person needs. It has to be customized based on your body requirements. What are you consuming in a day?
