I am a Diebetics Type II. I control it by myself by taking precautions and tablets - Glynace MF. Some times the level of sure increases and I take medicines accordingly and control it. I want to take advice if what I am doing is right and let me know is there is any better tablet to control the sure level and any precautionery measures to be taken.

Please dont practice like that if u r taking any medicine please continue it n when it reaches the level maintain the dose of medicine and by ur diet n yoga practice.Maintain the sugar levels n dosage of medicine as well.

Hello, Diabetes is a very serious disease and can't get rid of easily. You are doing right thing to have precautions by yourself just keep going. Your tablet is good if not relief from it increase dose frequency. I am telling you some medicine. Jamun seads churana 5 to 10 gm twice in a day and take karela jiuce twice in a day. Regularly. It will help u to faster releif of your problem.
