Hello. Please see that one does not get aids, its HIV infection one can get which causes aids later on. So if you are very sure that all 3 of you are HIV negative than theres are no chance of getting hiv. However all of you can get other stis due to sexual relations between multiple partners, more so when there is an ongoing fungal inf in one of the partners. Always use a condom for protection.
