I have some constipation problem. Sometimes even if it's not hard stool, I feel uneasy to pass the stool and I am feeling like a very small lump near my anus. Is this first symptoms of piles? What should I do to prevent its development and what medication should I opt for? Any kind of medication. Please respond. Thank you.
