Hi lybrate-user, this kind of state happens to everyone who is preparing for competitive exams hence first advice is you need not worry you can easily get over it by following some simple steps. You have joined the coaching center hence you will get all the help needed academically from it. Just follow the tips from the persons who have already cleared that entrance exam and gain some information regarding the strategy to crack the exam. Be confident because nobody can prepare with 100% concentration all the time. Minor back slidings and sometimes even major back slidings may happen just accept and continue putting effort from where you are instead of regretting the past. You have specified that your masturbation habit is taking toll on your health. This is not true. It is just a natural tendency of the human body to have sexual pleasure frequently. Nothing to worry about the masturbation but at the same time train yourself to minimise the frequency since it may affect your studies by distracting you during study hours. Keep yourself motivated and confidence level high by watching some motivational videos that are available easily in youtube. All the best. You can definitely get through. Have fun. Enjoy!
