I am 20 years old. I am overweight 95 kg. Losing muscle mass and have developed lot of fat. Need diet plan. I am away from home so I eat food what I get in my mess. I cannot cook .please help and also tell. Exercise to begin with. I cannot run too much. My back is also getting kyphosis.

Hello Shivam! You are very young and these problems will hamper your health very much. Weight loss is a balance between diet and exercise. 80% Diet and 20% exercise. Can you have some healthy food options for yourself at your hostel that need not be cooked but gives good nutrition??
