Hello, I am rose, 24 years old female. I had a foot sprain a month ago. My foot was swollen and I had trouble to walk. When I walk my foot was uncomfortable and painful. The pain is around my sole of the foot. My right foot was swollen and the ligament became harden (i think its ligament, the area around mid foot near the ankle). Before that, I go to the doctor to checked and x-ray my right foot. There was no broken bone. The doctor says that I need to rest, apply ice and she gives me the medicine to reduce the swollen. I also massage my foot with ointment. But, after a month my foot still uncomfortable and pained when walk. Then, what the right treatment to heal my foot? Should I do exercise, take supplements or always bandage my feet with ice? Please give me an advice. Thank you.
