I have sleeping related problem. When I get in the morning everyday then I feel tired and sleepy. Face looks like a sleepy face. Get dark circles around hollow eyes. Eyes feels and looks like tired.

When do u sleep at night. How much hour sleep do u take. Do u sleep or take nap in daytime. if so then stop it. If u r not able to sleep, dont watch tv or mobile whats app etc. Read a good book. switch off TV atleasr 30 mins before bedtime. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Do some exercise daily. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish ur dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light For more details you can consult me.
