I am not getting sound sleep in the night because I have to get up for every 2 hours gap for urination this causes disturbed sleep. I am 40 years old at this age if iam like how will be in my future without proper sleep for just sleeping for 3 to 4 hours rest all awaken. Please help me. I will be grateful to you.

avoid day time sleep. avoid tea , coffee in late evening and after, take rest and balanced diet. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is perfect timing.inform if not ok.
