Hello , Its a misconception that skipping a meal will help you lose weight. Instead eat 3 meals and 2 snacks and preferably avoid all junk foods. Eat less portions in all 5 times and include more of natural foods such as fruits, veg salads, nuts, milk, buttermilk etc. Remember, eat frequently, eat varieties but eat less portions. Thats the key towards healthy weight loss. Thanks
