Hello, Kindly explain me what type of Menstrual problem is there - is she getting periods frequently/ getting delayed/ much bleeding during the menses? Since how long she has been suffering from this problem? Any associated symptoms or complaints? Any other medical condition? Has she got her investigations done (if yes, share the reports with me)?

or peri-menopause is the phase when a female again faces irregular menses.
Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If you might be pregnant

Excessive weight loss

Problems with the pelvic organs , such as imperforate hymen, polycystic ovary syndrome

Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest.
