Please sir avoid gyms. You are spending time on your health then please do yoga. All celebraties are leaving gyms and doing yoga coz it gives you physical mental social and spiritual health without injuries and most beautiful part of doing regular yoga is that you will prepare yourself for clear vision and objectives of life.
