Mam meri delivery via c section 28 jan 2019 ko hui, meine epidural bhi liya, per normal delivery nhi ho payi, numb nhi ho paa rahi thi mujhe full behosh kare meri delivery hui, mera bp delivery mein high raha, or meri pituatiry mein cyst bhi hai ,or iski vazah se pregnancy ke 7 th month se mujhe headache hai jo abhi bhi hota hai, daily routine se kabhi kam, toh kabhi jayada, per doctor keh rahe hai pituatiry ki vazah se pain nhi hai woh bahot hi minor hai, ab mujhe delivery ke baad se ek baar may 20 ke aas paas period ayye 3 days ke liye, per fir uske baad periods hi nhi aaye, vdar ke maare meine hcg test or pregnancy kit test liya toh woh negative hai, toh periods kyon nhi aa rahe.

Periods could be irregular either due breastfeeding or due to pituitary cystic adenoma. You will have to get proper investigations done.
