I'm 29 years old married women. I'm was diagnosed with pcod n thyroid before 4 months. I am taking normoz once a day, folic acid tablet and thyroxine 50 mg but now my tsh is 2.04 .my gynecologist advice me to take letrozole 2.5 mg from day 2-day 6 of my menstrual cycle to induce ovulation. Doing walk, yoga and taking healthy diet. My question is I recently heard about seeds cycle i.e taking flax seeds and pumpkin seeds during first half of cycle and taking sunflower seeds and sesame seeds in second half of the cycle. Already i'm taking flax seeds throughout the cycle for hormonal imbalance. I want to try seeds cycle also with all above mentioned medicine which is prescribed by my Dr. For early conceive. My concerned is that does it help me to ovulate properly or may worsen my health regarding pregnancy. Kindly help me i'm very much confused for alopathic treatment with these ayurvedic remedy.
