I have peri orbital hyperpigmentation and dark circles under my eyes and hyperpigmentation on my nose skin specialist advice me micro retinol and glyco 6 with f creagel in night I follow his advice since last one months but instead of relief hyperpigmentation still persists please advice me what will I do .regards.

Firstly it usually takes a long time for hyperpigmentation around eyes to improve. Secondly hyperpigmentation is not the only cause of dark circles around the eyes. There are ample number of other causes like venous engorgement to volume loss which are treatable by other means. & even hereditary dark circles which respond minimally to treatment. So please consult a experienced dermatologist for detailed history and examination of your dark circles to provide you customized treatment.
