I am 39 years old and of late my hair is falling excessively and I am also getting pimples which I have not had since my teens. Is there any particular reason for this.

Your hairfall could be due to a combination of hereditary and hormonal factors. Also, important are nutrition, stress, autoimmune diseases among a huge list. But, not to worry it is solvable. Firstly, drink plenty of water. Have plenty of pulses, meat fish and milk. Also, avoid hair styling devices. Avoid use of hair chemicals. Do yoga and meditation. Breathing exercises help a lot to destress at any point. Treatment options vary from person to person. An assessment of your degree of scalp loss will only reveal which option to go for. Your pimples and hair loss would be connected because of your hormones.
