I am 76 years old man having undergone cystoscopy/ turp twice for prostrate problem. My main problem is micturition since beginning which is still continuing even after surgery. Now no uti which is being confirmed during periodical testing. I understand renalka syrup is good for micturition. Can you please advice me in this respect and also suggest suitable medicine for micturition.

u have not mentioned what micturation problem u have..if turp has not improved ur problem u may need a urodynamic evaluation to better understand the condition.
