I'm 22yrs male, I had a habit of masturbation from childhood, now I can't hold my sperm for long time, I ejaculate within just 30secs, I never had sex with anyone till now, and during night time if I masturbate 2-3 times I feel pain in my penis when it is erected in d early morning. Is this because of over masturbation? How can I fix this problem? However my marriage will b definitely after 3yrs, but before that I must b sexually stable to satisfy my wife, so please give some suggestions.
