I am 22 years old. For the past 3 months, I have been feeling painful sensations whenever I use my phone or a laptop. These painful sensations are prominent on my wrists and fingers. These days however such pains affect the areas that are in close proximity with my phone or laptop. It could be my shoulder, my stomach but am yet to feel pain in my legs or head. Such painful sensations feel like heat sometimes.
