Dr, I am 35 years old. I am having a lump in my right side testicle at the size of a nut. So I diagnosed the testicle with myself and came to know that it's inside or outside the vas deferens chord or epididymis. I have to use extra pressure to have a full urinary release. I having a problem for proper ejaculation. The sperm ejaculate only partially and blocked half inside. After the improper ejaculation there will be a pain inside the testicle and right side of the lower abdomen. Then follows the right knee pain. Whenever this occurs I noticed that it has an impact on the nerves and blood vessels going down to my right leg. There is a strange thing as when the legs are wide apart especially the butt cheeks the ejaculation happens without a problem but still unsatisfactory as I used to have. The pain occurs inside the lower abdomen whenever there's lack of water and when stomach become empty. It's because of this condition my whole physical activity is limited and kind of getting fat. Does this has to do anything with the prostrate or anything? I would like to have a detailed check up if you insist. So please guide us me through this problem.
